Using Your Lucid Fishing Grips™

Picture

Easy to use
Hold your Lucid Fishing Grip™ by the "handle" and pull back on the "grip-trigger" with your index finger or middle finger. This will open the mouth of the grips.

Place the mouth of the grips around the tip of the fish's lower jawbone and release the trigger. This will close and lock the jaws. Now lift the fish and remove the hook using care to not stick yourself. Lifting the Lucid Grip will use the weight of the fish to pull the mouth of the grips shut and lock even tighter. The heavier the fish, the tighter the grips will hold.

When releasing your fish, place it in the water, make sure the fish is upright for its best chance of survival, and pull back on the Lucid Grip-trigger to release the fish. Always use the wrist strap to avoid losing your Lucid Fishing Grips™ to the waters deep.

You've Got It Gripped, Now See It's Weight

Each Lucid Fishing Grip™  scale is calibrated to guarantee accuracy within one augmentation. You can send your Lucid Grip™ to the IGFA (954-927-2628) to have it certified for record setting catches. IFGA Website

Once you've gripped the fish, you can read its weight by holding your Lucid Grip™ as vertical as possible. For the chance you are weighing a deceased fish or non-living object (outside of fish), you will get a faintly more precise reading by placing the wrist strap around your wrist. A flailing catch is most precisely measured by holding the grip in its most vertical position.
